Anyone with particular medical conditions, especially those affecting the skin or circulation must always consult a medical professional before using any of our heated products. Everyone has to follow the directions on the packaging, which must be kept for further reference. It is also advisable when using our products to regularly look at the surface of the skin nearest to the product to check for excess reddening or other signs of inflammation. Also, be aware not to place the product on or near a delicate or heat sensitive surface when it has been warmed. Care must always be taken when using any of our products.
Q. Can I warm my ‘Herbal Heat Pack’ in an electric or gas oven?
A. No this product is made specifically for heating in a domestic microwave of up to 1000 Watts.
Q. I have warmed the ‘Herbal Heat Pack’ twice now and it is still coming out of the microwave very moist?
A. The composition of wheat causes it to act like miniature sponges. Whilst growing the wheat fills with water, which we dry out during the cleaning and polishing treatment. Even so seasonal variations can occur which can cause extra moisture. There are several ways to resolve this but we recommend leaving the ‘Herbal Heat Pack’ on a warm central heating radiator for a couple days. If this does not resolve the problem, please feel free to contact us.
Q. I have a dry skin condition, can I still use a ‘Herbal Heat Pack’?

Q. My mother is blind, can she use a ‘Herbal Heat Pack’?
A. If there are no other medical reasons for her to not use it, she should be able to use our products but of course with supervision, this also applies to the young.
Q.My 900 watt microwave has several heat settings/levels, which one do I use?
A.The testing we do is based on full power, but you may find that you can heat the product sufficiently on a lower setting.
